Can I order as a private individual?
We currently only sell to vets and veterinary practices. We can help you by e-mail to find out which are our closest partners.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We can fulfil your order for a minimum of 10 products.
Is it possible to try a sample before ordering more?
We will send you a free sample once if you would like to try the product before ordering.
How is the delivery made?
Our delivery partner is GLS courier service.
How much is the delivery cost?
Delivery fee: for orders of less than 30 items we charge a net delivery fee of HUF 1.500, for orders of 30+ items we provide free delivery.
How long does it take for the products to arrive?
The waiting time from order to delivery is min. 2 – max. 8 working days depending on our stock.
How do I choose a size?
Our size chart will help you choose the right size.
How do I choose the sample of products?
The samples vary according to the current stock of materials, so they are not optional but we will try to take into account any individual requests!
