Haás and Haás Kisállatfelszerelés Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and customers and pays special attention to the compliance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The purpose of the processing is related to the production of post-operative pet clothing for veterinarians and veterinary surgeons: managing requests for quotations, contacting and maintaining contact, preparing and fulfilling orders, professional and business communication.

When filling in the contact or quote request form on the website, the following personal data may be provided: name, e-mail address, telephone number, name of the institution or company, text message related to the enquiry.

The legal basis for the processing is the voluntary consent of the data subject and the processing of data necessary for requesting a quote and maintaining contact pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.

The Data Controller will not transfer personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary for the provision of the service or required by law.

In order to fulfill orders, the Data Controller transfers personal data necessary for delivery (e.g. name, delivery address, telephone number) to the courier service provider as a data processor.

The Data Controller reserves the right to change the delivery service provider. In any case, the details of the courier service provider currently used are available in the respective service provider's own data management information.

The personal data will be processed only by the Data Controller and its authorised employees of the data processors to the extent and for the duration necessary.

The Data Controller will process the data provided during the request for a quote or contact until the request is closed, or for a maximum of 12 months, after which it will be deleted if no contract is concluded or there is no legal obligation to retain the data.

The data subject has the right to: request information about the processing of his/her personal data, request the rectification or erasure of his/her data, request the restriction of processing, withdraw his/her consent at any time. The data subject may submit his/her request by e-mail to info@haaseshaaskft.hu.

The Data Controller shall apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or loss of data.
